Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Lakria Digital ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Lakria Digital provides content creation, social media management, creator coaching, and related digital marketing services ("Services"). The specific services provided to you will be outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be added to your invoice based on your location. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

3.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due upon invoice receipt. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months, minus a 10% early termination fee.

3.4 Refunds

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if not satisfied with our services. Custom or enterprise projects are subject to the refund terms specified in individual contracts.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for account setup
• Grant necessary access to social media accounts for management services
• Respond to requests for approvals and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all content you provide complies with applicable laws and platform terms
• Pay all fees when due

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

5.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own all custom content created specifically for you (graphics, videos, copy). Templates and frameworks remain our intellectual property but you receive a perpetual license to use them.

5.3 Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may feature completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business information, strategies, and proprietary data. This obligation continues after the termination of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lakria Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue increases. Social media success depends on many factors beyond our control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakria Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montréal, Quebec.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
