14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase. If you're not satisfied with our services, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked.
Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription
- After 14 days, cancel anytime. Service continues until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the month after the 14-day window
Multi-Month Subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 Months)
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription
- After 14 days, prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused months

One-Time Services
Templates & Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our templates and downloadable products, all sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team and we'll work to resolve them.
Workshops & Training
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the scheduled session
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the session
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the session
- Rescheduling is available at no extra cost with 48+ hours notice
Custom Projects
Custom content strategy, enterprise projects, and bespoke services are subject to the refund terms specified in your individual contract or statement of work. Please refer to your agreement for specific terms.

Payment Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed through your original payment method:
